The old church of St. Salvador with the ruined tower dates from the late 12th century and is one of the oldest buildings on the island. In the single-nave, flat-roofed church there is a beautiful sounding Arp-Schnittger organ from 1711. Here you can enjoy concerts regularly during the season. The late Gothic carved altar and the Renaissance pulpit are also worth seeing.

Die Alte Kirche St. Salvator ist die wohl bedeutendste Sehenswürdigkeit auf der nordfriesischen Insel Pellworm. Das romanische Gotteshaus wurde um 1200 errichtet und prägt durch die Turmruine das Bild der Insel.

Die Orgel der Alten Kirche auf der Nordseeinsel Pellworm in Schleswig-Holstein ist ein Spätwerk von Arp Schnitger. Sie entstand 1711 und verfügt über 24 Register auf zwei Manualen und Pedal, von denen noch knapp die Hälfte original erhalten sind. Das Instrument befindet sich in der Alten Kirche und wird für Gottesdienste und Orgelkonzerte genutzt.
